Job summary

Union Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator I or II to support administration, documentation, and closing of commercial loan transactions. The role requires coordinating due diligence, approval conditions, collateral documents, and post-closing activities.

Work will involve collaboration with Commercial Lenders, Credit Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and external partners to ensure timely, compliant closings. Branch placement may vary by office availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Banking, lending, legal, administrative, documentation, real estate, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Basic understanding of business and financial documentation preferred.
• Ability to learn commercial lending processes and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable banking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, documentation, and closing of commercial loan transactions.
• Coordinate documentation, due diligence, and approval condition tracking.
• Assist with collateral documentation, closing preparation, and post-closing follow-up.
• Collaborate with lenders, analysts, portfolio managers, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely closings.
