Job summary

Park Community Credit Union is seeking a Loan Document Specialist II to support members with commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending needs, focusing on first mortgage and/or commercial loans. You will close loan requests, review documents for accuracy, and prepare files for funding while keeping members informed throughout the closing process.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a two-year degree or equivalent certification, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Three to five years of lending experience.
Two-year degree or equivalent certification/training.
Ability to handle lending products with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Close approved loan applications across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate closings, review documents, and submit packages for final review.
Maintain relationships with originators, funders, and branch staff to support loan closings.
Ensure adherence to loan policies and regulatory requirements; update supervisor on issues.
Assist and train other loan document specialists and contribute to new processes.
