Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the closing process for Commercial loans. You will oversee due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with outside counsel to ensure all closing prerequisites are met.

The role requires knowledge of bank policies, regulatory expectations, and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate closing files and mitigate exceptions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of banking policies and procedures related to commercial lending.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks through loan origination and closing.
• Professional communication and confidential handling of documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs commercial loan documentation activities and prepares closing documents.
• Coordinates closing portfolio for Commercial loans in line with Credit Policy.
• Reviews loan documents with outside counsel for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensures preconditions to closing are met prior to closing date.
• Assists in data collection from internal sources and other lending institutions.
• Reports deficiencies identified in due diligence and mitigates exceptions.
