Responsibilities

• Lead coordinator for commercial loan closings by preparing, reviewing, and validating closing documentation packages to ensure compliance and policy requirements are met.
• Documentation liaison between Commercial Banking Officers and Loan Operations, ensuring post-closing follow-up and resolution of gaps.
• Develop internal and external communications including board-level memoranda, legal correspondence, and customer-facing letters.
• Maintain sensitive financial records and client files in compliance with data governance and bank confidentiality using enterprise document management systems.
• Analyze, prepare, and distribute complex reports for executive review, including materials for internal audit and Board of Directors.
