Regions Bank is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for commercial loan transactions. You will complete, collect, and analyze documents required to extend credit, book loans, and resolve post-closing issues while coordinating with borrowers, counsel, and other bank partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial credit processes and documentation
• Understanding regulatory requirements for loan closing and documentation
• Ability to review and assemble loan packages and ensure compliance with policy
• Experience with multi-state commercial loans is favorable

Responsabilités

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans in a multi-state environment
• Engages with deal team on forecasting loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements
• Reviews attorney prepared loan packages for syndicated loans
• Obtains necessary documents to evidence debt and secure loan
• Ensures loan is closed per loan approval and supporting documentation conforms to policy
