Job summary

Regions Bank in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for complex commercial loans. You will collect and analyze documents, book loans, and resolve post-closing issues while coordinating with borrowers, outside counsel, and multiple lenders.

The role requires strong knowledge of syndication, regulatory requirements, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six years of related financial services industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance requirements and other property due diligence for real estate.
• Advanced knowledge of syndicated transactions and collaboration with Capital Markets and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans across states.
• Engages with the deal team on forecast and due diligence by loan.
• Reviews attorney-prepared loan packages for syndicated loans.
• Identifies risks and ensures compliance with approval and policy.
• Ensures proper documentation to evidence debt and secure loans.
• Communicates with business partners throughout closing process.
• Supports booking of loans and disbursement of proceeds per approvals.
