Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is hiring a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for commercial loans. You will complete, collect, and analyze documents required to extend credit, book the loan, resolve post‑closing issues, and coordinate with borrowers, outside counsel, bank associates, and third parties.

You will draft and review loan documentation for high‑complexity deals, forecast loan pipelines with the deal team, and ensure closings comply

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of related financial services industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans.
• Engages with the deal team on forecasting loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements.
• Reviews attorney prepared loan packages for syndicated loans, often with Regions serving as the agent bank.
• Understands the risks associated with closing various types of commercial loans.
• Obtains necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan.
• Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy.
• Identifies issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirement and remediates prior to closing.
• Communicates with business partners throughout the closing process.
