Relation Insurance Inc. seeks a Commercial Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor staff, and liaise with Commercial Lines leadership. This role drives performance, coaching, and resource coordination to deliver exceptional client service.

The position emphasizes leadership, client advisory capabilities, and advanced knowledge of commercial lines, with opportunities to leverage proprietary AI tools and technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualificações

• License: Property and Casualty license from state of domicile (required)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred
• Experience: minimum 8 years’ account management in insurance, commercial lines focus
• Software: EPIC and AMS360 experience preferred
• Skills: strong leadership, analytical thinking, and presentation abilities
• Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage clients and teams

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the department and serves as a mentor and resource.
• Leads team meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Collaborates with Team Leaders and provides feedback and information.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Participates in hiring and interviews and recommends new hires.
• Coordinates training, broking, and risk control resources.
• Trains team on duties, standards, policies; audits and improves as needed.
• Partners with Service Team Leadership and HR to address performance concerns.
• Reviews and approves time and attendance entries.
• Acts as secondary contact for carriers and underwriters; addresses coverage questions.
• Assists in account maintenance and resolves client issues.
• Supports cross-sell opportunities aligned with client retention.
• Keeps updated on industry trends, products, legislation, and technology.
• Recommends process improvements and adopts AI solutions in service processes.
