Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader for Commercial Lines in Greensboro/Charlotte. The role oversees the department, coaches team members, and ensures delivery of high-quality client service while coordinating with leadership and HR on performance and staffing.

The ideal candidate has a property and casualty license, 8+ years in commercial lines account management, and strong analytical, presentation, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License from state of domicile required.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines of coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the department and mentors team members.
• Leads team meetings and regular 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Partners with Service Team Leadership and HR to address performance concerns.
• Reviews and approves time and attendance entries and coordinates training.
• Participates in hiring and interview process and provides recommendations for new hires.
• Assists with cross-sell opportunities and client retention initiatives.
• Stays updated on industry information, products, coverage, and technology.
