Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a Commercial Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary service contact for a focused book of commercial clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and strategic alignment with client goals.

Under the guidance of a service manager, you will coordinate information from clients, analyze risk, and prepare carrier submissions while maintaining accurate policy details in EPIC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with clients and incumbents to adjust exposures and obtain information.
• Analyze risk and apply knowledge to make market recommendations.
• Create complete carrier submissions and obtain binding confirmations.
• Review binding documents for accuracy and maintain client records in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
