Job summary

INSURICA, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Team Lead to guide the commercial lines department, including planning, delegating, organizing, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role includes acting as an Account Manager on assigned accounts and supporting both internal and external customers with service needs. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of commercial lines experience, 2-4 years of supervisory experience, and a strong understanding of underwriting and markets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial lines experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty license preferred.
• 4 Year degree preferred.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• Knowledge of underwriting procedures and markets.
• Strong PC skills and agency management systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies for the Commercial Lines Department.
• Supervise daily activities and evaluate staff productivity.
• Prepare performance evaluations and training programs.
• Maintain relationships with company representatives and markets.
• Market business, create proposals, and service clients with producers.
• Stay informed on markets and participate in seminars.
