Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams in commercial lines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the department and mentors staff; conducts regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Leads team meetings with Team Leaders and coordinates training, broking, and risk control.
• Addresses escalated client issues and drives process improvements using technology.
