You will prospect, sell, and service both new and renewal business, partnering with marketing to place competitive quotes and deliver exceptional client service. Occasional regional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business, working with a variety of commercial lines accounts (small to large).
• Actively prospect, sell, and service new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to place business and secure competitive quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Attend local or regional client meetings, with occasional opportunities for additional travel.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally generating $100,000 or more in annual revenue.
• Experience: Open to candidates new to the industry with a strong sales aptitude and willingness to obtain necessary licensing.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Assistance with licensing available for new candidates.
