Jonus Group is seeking motivated Commercial Lines Producers to join a growth-focused team. You will prospect, build client relationships, and develop expertise in middle-market accounts while working under mentorship and sales training programs.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 with a path to commission-only over three years, plus potential equity and activity bonuses. Strong sales drive and insurance exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR 2-3 years of experience in an insurance-related role (e.g., Producer Assistant) OR recent graduates with a degree in Risk Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in prospecting and conducting client meetings.
• P&C license preferred but not required.
• Strong sales acumen and a hunger for success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities in the middle-market commercial sector.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to refine sales techniques and strategies.
• Participate in structured training programs, including attending a sales school in Tennessee.
• Select and focus on a primary and secondary vertical market to specialize in.
• Conduct sales calls and field visits to meet with potential clients.
