Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role with a proven sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with quoting and managing new business accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $80,000+ annually
