The Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to develop new commercial insurance business and build long-term client relationships. This role targets niche markets such as construction, logging, contracting, trucking, and roofing, with remote work flexibility available.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial lines sales, a P&C license, and a proven history of closing insurance deals.

Formación

• Active P&C license required.
• 3+ years of commercial lines sales experience.
• Experience with niche markets such as construction, logging, contracting, trucking, roofing or similar industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to develop new commercial insurance business and build long-term client relationships. This role is well suited for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, developing niche-market opportunities, and working collaboratively with marketing and sales support resources.

The position focuses on specialty commercial markets such as construction, logging, contracting, trucking, roofing, and related industries, with remote work flexibility available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial insurance business within targeted niche markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle-market commercial clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales support resources on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and business development initiatives.
• Meet established sales and production goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
• Work collaboratively with account management and service teams to support client onboarding and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• 3+ years of commercial lines sales experience, with additional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated history of successfully developing and closing commercial insurance business.
• Experience with niche markets such as construction, logging, contractors, trucking, roofing, or similar industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual skills and contractor-focused sales experience are preferred.

Compensation Package

• Commission Structure: 40/25 commission split.
• Base Salary: Receding base structure over 2–3 years, based on experience and prior production history.
• Incentives: Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $400 to $1,000.
