Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Producer in Emmaus, PA. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who want to build and manage their own book of business, with a mix of new and renewal accounts and opportunities for travel to client meetings.

You will develop relationships, prospect new business, and collaborate with marketing to quote and place coverage. A Property & Casualty license is required; licensing support is available.

Job Summary

Compensation Package

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business, working with a variety of commercial lines accounts (small to large).
• Actively prospect, sell, and service new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to place business and secure competitive quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Attend local or regional client meetings, with occasional opportunities for additional travel.
