Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, support client retention, and coordinate day-to-day service and policy administration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of account management or 5+ years in insurance, an active property & casualty license (CIC preferred), strong communication and analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency. Hybrid or remote work options available.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals and conduct client research for renewals.
