The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with active P&C licensing; CIC or similar designation is preferred. Hybrid/remote options available with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client submissions and negotiations.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate collections; maintain data accuracy in systems.
