Qualifications

• Active property & casualty license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Renewals, policy administration, billing, claims analysis, and data accuracy in agency systems.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections; maintain data in carrier/vendor platforms.
