This role involves managing a designated book of large lines insurance business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, and processing insurance documents. The candidate will conduct consultative discussions with clients, build relationships with clients and carriers, and handle renewals and cancellations. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling opportunities and supporting team growth.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management, active Property & Casualty License, strong knowledge of insurance products, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and communication skills. A college degree or industry designations are preferred.
