This role involves managing a designated book of large lines insurance business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, and processing insurance documents. The candidate will conduct consultative discussions with clients, build strong relationships with clients and carriers, and handle renewals and cancellations. Additional responsibilities include identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting team growth.
Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance customer service or account management, active Property & Casualty License, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. A college degree or industry designations are preferred.
