Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of insurance industry experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Service day-to-day client needs including coverage questions, policy changes, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage renewal processes: obtain information, marketing, pricing negotiation, quote review, renewal presentation, and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in the proposal.
• Maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate coverage and achieve positive results for clients.
• Prepare proposals, bind coverage, review policies, and create client summaries.
