Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines in Miami Lakes, FL. You will maintain and service assigned accounts, retain clients, and help grow the portfolio by identifying up-sell opportunities and coordinating with client advisors.

Responsibilities include reviewing exposures and insurance programs, preparing proposals, handling day-to-day client service, and mentoring junior staff. A state license and relevant designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years commercial insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required by state.
• Initiate, obtain, and maintain CISR CIC or other advanced designations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policy maintenance and service for assigned accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and achieve retention/renewal goals.
• Collaborate with client advisors to market, quote, and propose coverage options.
• Provide timely, professional communication to clients, team, and carriers.
• Mentor junior commercial lines staff and support cross-functional collaboration.
