Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Florida. The role focuses on policy maintenance, client service, and relationship management for assigned accounts, with opportunities to up-sell and grow book of business.

You will work closely with client advisors to review risk, quote, and place appropriate coverage while maintaining high service standards. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial insurance, plus a state license or active designation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships for accounts with moderate complexity.
• Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and determine best carrier fit.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals for client risk management.
• Provide day-to-day service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor claims process and ensure customer needs are met.
• Complete account reviews and pursue opportunities to broaden the portfolio.
• Keep clients informed about changes in the insurance landscape.
• Coach junior team members and support leadership initiatives.
