Job summary

HUB International Midwest-East seeks a Commercial Account Manager to oversee a $500K+ revenue book, preserve client relationships, and ensure accurate client data in the system. You will work closely with Producers and senior staff to support a collaborative team approach.

You will mentor junior team members, service existing accounts, and contribute to growth while maintaining high service standards. This role requires a P&C license and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years in a Commercial Lines role on the agency side.
• Experience with middle market accounts averaging $15k+ revenue.
• P&C License required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business generally in excess of $500k in revenue.
• Provide quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 93% retention or more.
• Collaborate with Producers, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
• Mentor and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants as necessary.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
