Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Hold and maintain appropriate state Property & Casualty license.
• Pursue CISR Elite or CIC designations to advance expertise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with mid-size to large accounts.
• Collaborate with client advisors on exposures and carrier fit.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals from a risk management perspective.
• Provide day-to-day service and timely, professional client communication.
• Mentor junior team members and lead meetings and initiatives.
