The role requires organization, prioritization, and strong written and verbal communication skills to review accounts, gather information, and manage endorsements and renewals efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed to practice.
• Independent and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Vertafore products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a dedicated book of business and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities.
• Gather information, prepare applications, quote, and handle renewal marketing and endorsements.
• Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings.
