Job summary

You will provide daily client and policy services, manage communications, and help with renewal marketing efforts to support small to mid-market accounts.

The role requires extensive insurance experience, a valid state license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and a strong ability to read complex documents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling multi-line, large commercial accounts or equivalent.
• Must hold applicable state insurance license or be able to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily service to and builds relationships with clients by managing calls and emails and attending meetings.
• Markets renewal presentations for groups with under $10,000 in revenue and no affiliation with a larger account.
• Collaborates with teammates to ensure accurate policy processing and service delivery.
• Demonstrates determination in addressing complex client needs and inquiries.
