Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied Epic preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients and maintain relationships.
• Lead renewal management: prepare submissions, negotiate with carriers, present options.
• Identify exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, invoices, and documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with carriers on renewal strategies and marketing.
