Hilb Group in Middletown, RI is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for an in-office role. The position focuses on acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams, building lasting relationships, and driving account performance.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to prioritize, and work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. Licensing or willingness to obtain licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain license.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AMS360 is a plus.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Strong time management skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while complying with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery.
• Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
• Monitor contract utilization, renewals, and expansions.
