Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC in Middletown, RI is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, build long-term relationships, conduct regular account reviews, and develop account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals.

The role focuses on identifying upselling opportunities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinating onboarding and ongoing service

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; license or willingness to obtain license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AMS360 experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and needs.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and revenue goals.
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain service levels.
