Ideal candidates have 7+ years in customer service within insurance, an active P&C license, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty license required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Assist in day-to-day activities and workflow for the team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; assist in underwriting submissions.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with the team regarding workload and issues.
