Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
- Manage policy expirations and renewals; handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
- Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensure data accuracy.
