Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in insurance, strong client focus.
• Solid knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Licensing: active property & casualty license (required).
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, and client communications.
• Process billing, claims, and coverage analysis with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included and supported.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections when needed.
