The Jonus Group seeks a Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team in the Duluth, GA area.

The role centers on renewals and retention of mid-market commercial lines accounts, delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting a fast-paced insurance practice. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of commercial lines experience, an active P&C license, and proficiency with HawkSoft or similar agency management software.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 5–10+ years of commercial lines account management experience, preferably with mid-sized accounts.
• Proficiency with HawkSoft or similar agency management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a book of business with a focus on mid market business accounts.
• Handle renewals and retention of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with producers and other account managers to support the commercial lines team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (HawkSoft).

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on renewals and retention of the commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
