The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a well-established book of business across construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management. Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of ~100 policies generating about $500,000 in revenue.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and servicing of accounts.
• Collaborate with producers to assist with renewals (no independent prospecting).
• Work on accounts with premiums from $50,000 to $100,000.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management.
• Utilize AMS360 (preferred).
• Attend special events as needed.

Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is critical to maintaining and servicing a well-established book of business, primarily focused on middle-market accounts in industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility and occasional travel for special events.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of approximately 100 policies, generating $500,000 in revenue.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and servicing of accounts.
• Collaborate with producers to assist with renewals (no independent prospecting required).
• Work on accounts with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $100,000.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management.
• Utilize AMS360 management software (preferred but not required).
• Occasionally attend special events, such as holiday parties.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in middle-market commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in commercial lines coverage and insurance practices.
• Relevant licenses or designations in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance are required.
• Experience with AMS360 management software is highly preferred.
