Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our on-site team in College Station, Texas. You will manage a book of business including small to mid-size accounts with standard and surplus lines, focusing on excellent client service and timely communication.

The role requires a P&C license and at least 2 years in commercial lines account management, with Epic software experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $1.4 million.
• Handle renewals (85%) and assist with quoting new business (15%).
• Process endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other client requests.
• Prepare summaries and remarket policies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and occasional inbound calls.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a book of business, focusing on small business accounts with a mix of standard and surplus lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the clients. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $1.4 million, focusing on accounts with premiums ranging from $2,500 to $90,000.
• Handle renewals (85%) and assist with quoting new business (15%).
• Process endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other client requests.
• Prepare summaries and remarket policies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and occasional inbound calls.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
