Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting or equivalent with accounting credits or experience preferred.
• Experience as a Credit Analyst or Lender with proven track record; commercial lending preferred.
• NextGen experience a plus.
• Knowledge of current lending regulations, loan policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other departmental programs.
• Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
• All applicants must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business loan applications to determine credit worthiness, with increasing responsibility.
• Determine loan structure, pricing and risk rating.
• Underwrite loans within CBNA policies and authorized lending limits.
• Summarize findings with rationales for loan decisions.
• Make loan recommendations to BB Underwriting Manager for higher requests.
• Ensure commercial mortgages meet criteria and address due diligence issues.
• Mentor branch lenders and provide quality customer service.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, procedures and controls.
