Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to Commercial Relationship Managers.
• Assist with collecting, ordering, and tracking information for risk assessment and underwriting.
• Prepare written communications such as commitment letters and term sheets on behalf of the CRM.
• Monitor reporting and identify actions needed (maturities, auto-renew letters, insurance, taxes).
• Support loan closings by gathering documents and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Load customer financial statements into Credit Lens and manage WIP files.
