Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, supports, and coaches Commercial Relationship Specialists, including coaching sessions for associate development.
• Performs general management duties, including staffing, performance appraisals, and promotions.
• Manages loan maturity process and ensures proactive renewal work by CRS and RM teams.
• Leads OneView system information, usage and training for the team.
• Compiles and distributes management reporting such as Area 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, and Maturities.
