Job summary

United Community is seeking a Commercial LOA to support commercial lending by partnering with Commercial Relationship Managers and Commercial Loan Closers to move credit projects through the process. You will collect information, assist with risk assessment, and help prepare letters and term sheets to ensure timely closings.

Responsibilities include gathering financial statements, monitoring maturities and reporting, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of credit or customer service experience in financial services
• Commercial loan experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and banking regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to Commercial Relationship Managers and partners
• Support loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking information for risk assessment and underwriting
• Assist with preparation of letters, term sheets, and other communications
• Load customer financial statements to Credit Lens and monitor reports
• Coordinate with CRM, Loan Closers, Underwriters, and Doc Prep during closings
• Complete assigned post-close tasks in Credit Lens and manage WIP files
• Participate in compliance training and adhere to policies
