Walden Savings Bank is seeking a relationship-driven professional to originate and manage commercial loans in New York. You will focus on C&I and CRE transactions, building lasting client partnerships and structuring creative loan solutions.

You will leverage an existing book of business and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financing that meets client needs while supporting the bank's growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in originating C&I and CRE loans.
• Underwriting knowledge from origination to closing.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Creative/innovative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers and prospects.
