Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in business development or commercial banking.
• Proven loan origination experience in banking; international bank a plus.
• Strong underwriting knowledge and risk assessment.
• Ability to meet KPIs with incentives.
• Mentor staff using market experience to grow business nationwide.
• Familiar with guidelines, contract management, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan origination from application to closing, ensuring policy compliance.
• Review loan applications and docs for accuracy.
• Conduct underwriting assessments of borrower creditworthiness.
• Drive growth by acquiring large corporate and SME accounts.
• Maintain records of all loan transactions and communications.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline loan processing.
