Create Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the commercial lending team. You will review title reports and documents, close loan requests, process payments, and maintain collateral files.

The role involves preparing loan documents, updating covenants, and assisting loan officers with daily tasks and depository account setup. The position requires strong knowledge of commercial lending terminology, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• Strong understanding of commercial loan products, class codes, loan terms, purpose codes, collateral codes, and related commercial lending terminology.
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills (Word , Excel, DNA, Lazer Pro, Co-Pilot)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new duties.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and review preliminary title reports, organizational documents and all pertinent documentation associated with closing commercial loans.
• Document and close new and renewal loan requests
• Process loan payments and advances
• Build/organize commercial loan files
• Track/update ticklers/covenants for commercial loans
• Assist Commercial Loan Officers and Asst. Commercial Loan Officers with duties
• Obtain pertinent daily and monthly reports for department
• Assist members/department with opening depository accounts including online access, remote deposits, ACH transactions etc.
• Maintaining collateral files such as extending UCC's and recording deed of trust, etc.
• Ordering of third-party documents such as flood certifications, preliminary title reports, credit reports, NADA reports, Carfax, etc.
• Build and create commercial loan documents using Lazer Pro
• Board commercial loans onto the Credit Union's core system
• Other Duties as assigned
