Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union seeks an experienced Business Loan Operations Coordinator to support the Commercial Lending team through closing, booking, and post-closing activities. You will ensure accurate documentation and funding while coordinating with internal lenders, underwriters, and external partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in business/commercial loan processing and closing, with strong attention to detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2 years of relative business or commercial loan work experience.
• 2 additional years of relative business or commercial loan work experience.
• 10-key, typing and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, complete, and process all business loan applications approved by underwriting; take full ownership for all correspondence and processing from application to closing, booking, and post-closing.
• Complete post-closing audits.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan closing, funding and related member services; verify liens, collateral, insurance, and related forms.
• Maintain follow-up on pending applications and coordinate with settlement and title companies for missing or corrected documents within 90–120 days of post-closing.
• Adhere to APCU policies and regulatory requirements (FCRA, MLA, ECOA, TILA, FHA, UCC, BSA/AML, OFAC).
