Credit Union of Georgia seeks a Commercial Lending Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of commercial loans from intake to post-closing. You will work with lenders, branch staff, and external partners to ensure accurate processing and compliance with policy and law.

The role emphasizes timely communication, diligence in document review, and coordination of closings, funding, and reporting to support member financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial or commercial real estate loan processing, documentation, or closing.
• Georgia Notary Public commission required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, closing practices, lien perfection, and the financial information required for loan processing and annual reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn core processing, loan origination, and imaging systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate commercial loan lifecycle from application intake to closing and post-closing reporting.
• Assist lenders, act as liaison to branch personnel, and refer members to other areas as appropriate.
• Review application materials, order credit reports, and verify screening.
• Coordinate loan document preparation with outside counsel, processing, and operations.
• Attend closings, provide notary services, and ensure proper execution and imaging of documents.
• Prepare payoff quotes, notices, and recurring portfolio reports; monitor covenants and reporting.
