Qualifications

• 2+ years of credit or customer service experience in financial services

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to Commercial Relationship Managers and partners
• Collect, order, and track information for risk assessment and underwriting (UCC searches, appraisals, environmental assessments, Know Your Customer, surveys)
• Collaborate with CRM, Loan Closers, Underwriter, and Doc Prep on loan closings
• Monitor reporting and identify actions for maturities, insurance, taxes, and renewals
• Load customer financial statements to Credit Lens and assist with post-close tasks
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and complete required training
