Job summary

Encore Bank currently seeks a Lending Specialist to coordinate loan documentation, facilitate closings, and maintain strong client relations. You will support Relationship Managers and the Regional President while handling deposits, treasury, and lending requests. Occasional branch coverage may be required to greet customers and assist the Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least two years of clerical/administrative support experience.
• At least one year of loan processing experience; commercial lending preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and execution of loan documents.
• Organize workflow to ensure on-time loan closings.
• Follow up with clients, insurance agents, title companies, and attorneys.
• Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers and Regional President.
• Assist servicing of active loans and monitor past-due reports.
• Occasionally cover retail branch duties as needed.
