Job Summary:The Lending Specialist will coordinate the preparation of required loan documentation, coordinate the execution of loan documents, organize workflow to allow for on-time loan closings. Follow up with clients, insurance agents, title companies, and attorneys will also be required. This position also clients with deposits, treasury and lending services. The Lending Specialist will also provide administrative and sales support to the Commercial Relationship Managers and the Regional President. Occasionally, the Lending Specialist may be required to provide coverage of retail branch – greeting customers, providing limited support to the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager.Primary Responsibilities:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
